Wolverhampton Homes is committed to improving customer access to fast and effective front line services. In 2007 we introduced Homes Direct, a single number telephone contact centre for reporting all repairs and housing enquiries which has proved popular and successful.
All calls to Homes Direct are recorded for training and quality purposes.
Opening hours:
Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6pm
Saturday 9.30am – 1pm
Outside these hours emergency repairs can be reported on 01902 552999.
This service can only deal with emergency situations, such as no heating/hot water. Currently, emergencies reported out of hours are not appointed but will be carried out within 24 hours. In addition, it cannot provide updates on previously reported repairs.
