Introduction to working for Wolverhampton Homes by our Chief Executive, Lesley Roberts.

Lesley Roberts: Hello there welcome, thank you for being interested in Wolverhampton Homes. My name is Lesley Roberts, I’m the Chief Executive, I think I must be the luckiest women in the world because I have such a super job. I am really pleased you are interested in us; we aim to be quite literally, the best public sector employer in the country. I know it is an incredibly high aim, but we are getting there.

This year for example, I have spoken to every member of staff in our talk time sessions. People have told me what they think the company should be like. They have given me loads of ideas about running the business. And through that staff engagement, through people being really involved in where they work, then we become an even better housing organisation.

Plus, we are a lovely warm and friendly place to work. So welcome, I look forward to meeting you. Byebye.
