Health and Well Being Day

On March 21 the Low Hill and Scotlands Local Neighbourhood Partnership is holding a Health and Well Being Day being at the Low Hill Community Centre, Kempthorne Avenue.

Our Money Smart Team will be there to answer any questions you have about the changes to benefits.

The event has been split into two sessions. The Mayor of Wolverhampton will be opening the event at 10am and the first session is 10am to 12.30pm. The first session will give you an opportunity to visit information stalls where you can get advice and information from many organisations including:

  • Wolverhampton Homes Money Smart team
  • Age UK
  • Marie Curie
  • Admiral Nurses
  • Victim Support
  • Dementia Care

The afternoon sessions is at 1.30pm to 3pm and will have taster sessions you can get involved in. The sessions will include Tai Chi, Cooking on a budget and lots more.

There will also be Reiki, Reflexology, and Techno Gym sessions throughout the day.

The event is at the Low Hill Community Centre, Kempthorne Avenue, Low Hill, Wolverhampton, WV10 9JJ.
