Accessibility

We want our website to be accessible to everyone, regardless of their ability or the method they use to access the internet.

Accessibility Controls

Our accessibility controls can be found at the top of the screen. Users are able to translate the text on the website pages using the Google Translate tool, adjust the font size and hear our content usin the Browsealoud screen reader tool.

Changing Text Size

Using the font resizing tool you can increase the font size, decrease the font size or reset it to the default size.

Translating Text

We use the Google Translate tool to allow you to change the language of text on the website.

Browsealoud Screen Reader

We use BrowseAloud to make our website speech enabled. BrowseAloud reads the content on a page back to you. You can access the Browsealoud tool at the top of our webpage.

In March 2013 we added BrowseAloud Plus to our website to improve your screen reader experience:

"BrowseAloud Plus reads website content out loud in a high quality, human-sounding voice. Each word is highlighted as it is read aloud and the sentence is highlighted in a contrasting colour. This allows users to easily identify what text is being read aloud and navigate within and between web pages. BrowseAloud Plus is free to website visitors, there's no download and it is really easy to get."

Continued Development

We will continue to develop this website to make it more accessible and to offer you the most user friendly experience possible.
