Being Involved in Running A Group
(Dates: Various throughout 2008)

This course will help you look at:
  • Why not regularly sit back and think about how well your group is running.
  • What are we trying to achieve?
  • What are we doing to get there?
  • What have we done in the last six months?
  • When did we last send out a newsletter?
  • Do people come to our meetings?
  • Do members enjoy meetings?
  • Do people say anything when they come to our meetings?
  • Are as many people involved now as they were a year ago?

Only by asking questions like this at least helps you identify what your problems and successes are - then you can start to improve.

This course will assist you in getting the most from your meetings
