One Stop Shops

For face-to-face enquiries, visit one of our six One Stop Shops (housing offices), where you can:

• pay rent
• apply for housing*
• report repairs, anti-social behaviour, fly-tipping, overgrown trees, graffiti, etc
• use the Freephone to contact our other departments and the City Council

*A new way of letting homes started on 3 November 2009. Properties will be advertised in our One Stop Shops and bidding is open from 6pm on Tuesday until 1pm on Monday every week.

Community Resource Office

We also have a Community Resource Office where you can apply for housing, report repairs, anti-social behaviour, fly-tipping, overgrown trees, graffiti, etc. Except for making payments for housing rent, garage rent etc.
