Concierge Service
Wolverhampton Homes employs skilled and experienced concierge officers to deliver a variety of services on the high rise estates managed by the organisation. Examples of services offered are: -
- Maintaining security on high rise flats through CCTV, secure door entry systems and security patrols.
- Complete inspections to make sure communal areas are clean and free from all hazards, litter and rubbish
- Maintain the cleanliness of bin rooms and ensure rubbish cutes operate correctly
- Complete some minor repairs
- Undertake investigations into complaints of anti-social behaviour and noise nuisance
- Provide general customer service advice and support to tenants
- Undertake an audit of every concierge managed tenancy once a year
- In severe weather clear snow and ensure safe access to flats is maintained
