Applying for a Council garage

We deal with the lettings and management Council owned garages. There are often a number available to rent at any time at competitive rates. Garages are for personal private use only and not for commercial use.

Any one can apply to rent a counci owned garage but we give prority to existing Council tenants. You will not be offered a garage if you have rent arrears.

The cost of renting a garage is presently £3.14 for council tenants and leaseholders and £5.30 for non council tenants.
