When is my rent due?
- We charge rent each Monday for the week that has just passed.
- The council must receive your payment by 4pm on a Friday.
- You must make sure that your rent account is always up to date.
- There are two weeks each year when you don’t have to pay any rent. These are week 1 and week 38 or 39 (see your rent book). If you have missed rent payments, you must continue to make payments on these weeks.
Can I pay each fortnight or each month?
Yes, but you must make payments for the fortnight or month to come.
