If you have a problem with your council home's electrical wiring and systems, contact Homes Direct in any of the following ways:
Opening Hours
The service is open:
- 8.30am to 5pm (Monday to Thursday)
- 8.30am to 4.30pm (Friday)
Outside these hours you can choose to leave a message and a Customer Services Advisor will ring you back the next working day.
When calling, give details of the work you require. Arrangements will then be made for an electrician to visit to inspect or repair the equipment.
Under no circumstances should you to interfere with or repair electrical equipment yourself. |
