Repair Appointments
When you report a repair to Homes Direct you will be given a Job reference number and date with Morning/AM or Afternoon/PM stipulated on it.
Times for appointments are stated below:
Morning/AM - between 8:00am and 1:00pm
Afternoon/PM - between 1:00pm and 4:30pm
- If you do need to arrange a new appointment for a repair please contact Homes Direct on: 01902 556789. You can also contact the service by Fax: 01902 556674, Minicom: 01902 551822; email: homes.direct@wolverhamptonhomes.org.uk; and by text 60066 (start your text Whomes followed by a space)
- You will be contacted by telephone if the operative cannot make the agreed times and a new appointment will be arranged when convenient.
- If you do not keep to the appointment arranged, then your job will be cancelled.
Completion Times (from reporting a repair)
- Emergency Repairs - 24 Hours
- Urgent Repairs - 7 Calendar Days
- Routine Repairs - 28 Calendar Days

When a Council Representative calls at your home to inspect or carry out a repair please check their identity card and ask for the job reference number.
