Reporting a housing repair
If you live in a Council home and need to report:
- a repair to your Council home
- a fault on a door entry (intercom) system
- a fault on a disabled lift.
or need to:
- enquire about a repair you have already reported.

Opening Hours
The service is open:
- 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
- 9:30 am to 1:00 pm (Saturday)
Outside these hours you can choose to leave a message and a Customer Services Advisor will ring you back the next working day.

When a Council representative calls at your home to inspect or carry out a repair please check their identity card and ask for the job reference number.
