Rent free weeks

We have two rent free weeks each year. These weeks give tenants who are up to date with their rent account a break from paying rent.

If you are in arrears it is best to carry on paying your rent in the rent free weeks so you can catch up on your rent payments.

The rent free weeks in 2014 are:

  • 31st March
  • 22nd December

Overpaid rent

If you have overpaid rent, you can either use this to prepay your future rent or we will refund you by cheque.

To claim a refund, please contact your local One Stop Shop or Homes Direct. We aim to process refunds in 15 days.
