Leaseholders

What is a Leaseholder?

Leaseholders discussing the issues that matter to them. Leaseholders own the lease of properties that were formerly owned by Wolverhampton City Council and have been bought through Right to Buy. This means they own the property but not the freehold of it.

We provide our leaseholders with many services and we are very keen to involve more leaseholders in shaping those services. If you would like to get involved or for more more information, please follow the links below which give our Leaseholders information from the Leaseholders Handbook.
