We will provide all possible help and advice to anyone having difficulty paying their rent. The earlier you contact us the easier it is to sort out your problems.

We can:

• Give you confidential help and advice
• Advise you when you may be entitled to help with rent - and other welfare benefits
• Help you fill in Housing Benefit forms and ensure that these are passed on to the Council’s Housing Benefits department with the right supporting documents
• Make arrangements with you to clear any arrears
• Help you with financial problems by providing money management advice or a referral to specialist debt advice agencies.
