Direct Debits

Direct Debit is our preferred method of payment. It is also the cheapest way of paying your rent.

To set up a direct debit, please call free on 0800 408 0440 during office hours or download and complete the direct debit mandate at the bottom of this page. Alternatively you can call into any local One Stop Shop
 
You will need to tell us:

• Your name as it appears on your bank/ building society account
• Your bank or building society account number and sort code

You can choose to pay weekly or monthly, with a range of payment dates.

We will always give you advanced written notice of payment dates and amounts.

All customers paying by direct debit with a clear account are entered into a monthly prize draw to win £75 in vouchers or £75 deposit into a credit union account, increased by another £75 after six months.
