Refunds of Overpaid Rent

If you have overpaid your rent and your account is in credit, you can either use this to prepay your future rent or we can refund you by cheque.

To claim a refund, please contact your local One Stop Shop or Homes Direct. Alternatively complete our secure on line e-form and we will send you a refund form.  

Please note refunds can take up to 28 days to be processed.
