Who we are

Wolverhampton Homes is an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) which manages 23,210 properties, including 1,932 leaseholds, on behalf of Wolverhampton City Council.

We were established in 2005 and are currently rated three stars (Excellent) by the Audit Commission, with ‘excellent prospects for improvement’.

More than 20 per cent of all households in Wolverhampton are managed by us. We also manage 5,000 garages and 270 shops in the city.

Since our launch, customer satisfaction with our housing services has increased by eight per cent (from 74 per cent to 82 per cent).

We are currently in the middle of the Decent Homes programme, which involves bringing homes up to a government standard by fitting new kitchens, bathrooms and insulation. We have produced a pocket guide to Wolverhampton Homes you can download a copy below.
