If you want to cycle to work, you can purchase a bicycle via Wolverhampton Homes. Payments can be made through your salary and are tax-free.
Health and Wellbeing
We have access to an Occupational Health Service. This provides various support services including physiotherapy and stress counselling.
In line with the Government’s Change 4 Life initiative, we conduct wellbeing programmes in partnership with Telford Occupational Health Services. They promote the following aims: eat well, move more and live longer.

Our employees can apply for flexible working. This can include such arrangements as working fewer hours (including job sharing); home/teleworking; changes to annual work rates, term-time working and ‘compressed hours’ working.
Busy Bees Childcare Vouchers
We offer employees the benefit of Childcare Vouchers from Busy Bees, who administer the scheme. Vouchers entitle staff to reduced tax and National Insurance contributions and to savings on the cost of their childcare.
