Our Supporting Structures
Wolverhampton Homes has a range of equality and diversity supporting structures in place which are integral to our governance arrangements.
Equality and Diversity Steering Group (EDSG)
Our Equality and Diversity Steering Group (EDSG) oversees how we deliver services and monitors the impact of these services to our diverse communities. Read more on our EDSG page.
Equality Circle Forum (ECF)
ECF checks all new policies, procedures and functions which are introduced, so that we can make sure that these new policies, procedures and functions do not disadvantage or discriminate any sections of the community we serve. Read more on our ECF page.
Proud to be Me Staff Network
We want to be one of the best places to work for LGBT staff and provide a great service for our LGBT customers. Our "Proud to be Me" Network is made up of LGBT and allies from across the organisation and works to continually raise the profile of LGBT equality. Read more on our PTBM page.
Equality Champions Staff Network
Our Equality Champions staff network works alongside the Proud to be Me Network to ensure equality is embedded across the whole of Wolverhampton Homes, provides mutual support to staff, contributes to ‘policy making’ and gives a platform for staff to raise concerns. They also lead on the staff volunteering projects each year. Read more on the Equality Champions page.
