We're committed to providing great services for all of our customers. With this in mind, we're making some improvements to our repairs booking system. These improvements will mean a faster system that allows for more choice when it comes to booking appointments. Work to improve the system began on Tuesday 26th March.

Our repairs booking system will be down from 5pm on Tuesday 26th March until 9am on Tuesday 2nd April while these important improvements are carried out. This means that we will only be able to book emergency repairs during this period. This includes our online self-serve booking system for repairs, which will be down until Monday 15th April, meaning that if you use your self-serve account to book repairs, you will need to book them via webchat or over the phone. 

To ensure we're able to get out to those people that need us most, we do ask that if you have any non-emergency repairs, you book these after Monday 1st April.
