Residents' Week from Monday 14th to Friday 18th March 2016 has ben organised by the City of Wolverhampton Council with a range of free events to support local people:

  • into employment or self-employment
  • get training advice
  • find an apprenticeship
  • know services who provide help and support
  • improve their fitness
  • try creative activities
  • have a free health check
  • develop healthier lifestyles

So why not:

Join a free fun morning of fitness and creative activity
- on Tuesday 15th March at WV Active Bilston-Bert Williams, Bilston, from 9 am to 12.30 pm (*booking needed for some activities call 01902 556162 or email jonathan.pearce@wolverhampton.gov.uk)

Get to know your local services which are there to help and support you
- on Wednesday 16th March – see the list of events and drop-in sessions at www.wolverhampton.gov.uk/residentsweek

Attend a drop-in event for people looking for work
- thinking of becoming self-employed and gaining new skills or seeking an apprenticeship, training advice or job support on Thursday 17th March at Molineux Stadium between 10am - 7pm. You will also be able to get a free health check at the events on Tuesday and Thursday.
