We were live on Facebook for the first time at our Wednesfield Get Together in July. Anyone who couldn't make it along to the community centre could watch it and join in from the comfort of their home.
If you missed it, you can see it here:

Your Questions answered
Q. How do I get hold of the free water saving devices talked about?
A. Visit our Plug In page and fill in the form: Plug in
Q. Why did I have to pay to have my light bulb changed?
A. Changing lightbulbs is one of your responsibilities as a tenant. If you can't chnage it yourself we are able to help but we have to charge a fee. You can pay that in installments if necessary. If you can change them yourself, or have a friend who can help, we have made some videos to show you how it's done: How to videos.
Q. We're being told to report everything online, why can't we phone?
A. We'll always have our phone lines for people who need to phone us, but it's often much easier for you to report your repairs online;
- you can do it any time, even when the office is closed
- you don't need to wait on the phone
- you'll get your repair appointment straight away and often for the next day
- you can easily go back online to change your appointment if you need to.
Q. Why doesn't my area have a parking area?
A. We are looking at improving parking on estates but we have to prioritise the estates with the most tenants. If you want to add a driveway yourself, we can give you a quote as part of our "local offer" driveway scheme.
