There's a lot more to social housing than just housing. Our duties as a social landlord cover a wide a range of services and that's why it's so important to us that our service are right for you.
It's also important to us that we're continually taking steps to improve our services as we go forward into the future.
We've teamed up with BMG Research to carry out a satisfaction survey. The survey will help us to capture tenants' views on a number of our services. The results of the survey will help shape our services for the future, with the overall aim of improving the lives of our tenants and residents.
What is the survey about?
The survey is about our services. It will include questions about your home, your neighbourhood, how we deal with repairs and how we communicate with you.
Do I have to take part?
The survey is voluntary, so no one needs to take part if they don't want to. However, taking the time to complete the survey will help us to understand what matters most to you and what improvements are needed to our services.
How do I take part?
A random selection of tenants and residents will be contacted to take part in the survey. If you are selected, you will be sent a letter with details of how the survey can be completed online. If you do not want to take part in this way, BMG Research can contact you by phone. The survey should take no more than 10 minutes.
What will you do with my responses?
Your responses will be kept completely confidential, meaning that they can't be used to identify you. We will use the responses we receive to see how we're viewed in the eyes of our customers and to see where improvements are needed to our services.

BMG Research are an independent research company; we've chosen them to run this survey. BMG fully abides by the Market Research Society Code of Conduct.
