Christmas is just around the corner. There’s so much to think about… decorations, Christmas dinner, presents... what about paying your rent? 

It doesn’t take long to get into debt but it can take a long time to get out of it. Don’t let the pressures of Christmas distract you from your priority bills.

Remember, your rent is due in advance. If you pay weekly, make sure your rent is paid, cleared and up to date before the coming Monday. If you pay fortnightly or monthly, you need to make sure your account is always clear or in credit. If it isn’t clear, you’re already in rent arrears. 

Our officers will be contacting all tenants in arrears in the next few weeks. Paying your rent on time is BETTER than getting an arrears LETTER.
