What to do when you receive the invoice
We appreciate that it can be daunting to receive an invoice when the costs can be considerable so please contact your leasehold management team who will happily discuss your options. The team are there to provide help and support you to repay the invoice.
They can offer the following options:
- An assessment of your financial circumstances
- Negotiation of a realistic repayment agreement
- Help with payment options.
Please do not ignore your invoice, if you don't pay, we will continue to contact you and if you still don't pay, we may forward the debt to an external collection agency or take legal action.
