Rent In Advance
Nothing is more important than the roof over our heads
When you signed your tenancy, you agreed to pay your rent in advance. This means that whether you pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly - your rent account should always be in credit.
The rent money that we collect from customers pays for repairs and maintenance to your home, as well as the upkeep of communal areas and making your neighbourhood a better place to live.
We know that balancing your bills, particularly at this time of year, can be difficult and that you may worry about getting into debt.
When it comes to your bills, there’s nothing more important than the roof over your head. So, it's important that you keep your tenancy and don’t risk losing it over not paying your rent or letting your account fall into arrears.
Our Money Smart team are here to help and will work with you to keep your tenancy. So, whether you're concerned about changes to your benefits and a move to Universal Credit or just need some help managing your other household bills such as gas, electric, water, TV and mobile phones – our Money Smart team can help.
Just complete the short form below and one of our Money Smart Advisors will contact you within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
