All of the lifts for the flats we look after are checked and serviced monthly to make sure they are working properly.
If there is a problem and a lift breaks down, there is an automatic alert sent to the lift company. They will arrive within an hour, or 30 minutes if anyone is stuck inside the lift. All lifts have two way phones inside so that you can talk to the lift company in an emergency.
