The categories are:
- Best community garden
- Best communal garden
- Best hanging basket
- Best patio garden
- Best vegetable garden
- Best school garden
- Best natural or wildlife garden
Each category will have a first prize of £75! There will also be prizes for second and third place.
Who can enter?
The competition is open to all Wolverhampton Homes tenants and leaseholders (including private tenants of leaseholders), as well as schools located in Wolverhampton.
How to enter?
Please send five photos of your garden using the entry form below. The closing date for entries is Friday 25 July 2025. If you do not have internet access, please contact Louise Ward for support: 07717 732798.

The rules
- You must be a Wolverhampton Homes tenant or leaseholder (or a private tenant of a Wolverhampton Homes leaseholder)
- Previous winners may enter the competition
- Work on gardens must be mainly done by you as the resident
- By entering, you agree that Wolverhampton Homes can share your address and contact information with the judges, for the purpose of judging the competition
- Any photos submitted for judging can be used in promoting the competition and the winners
- Judging will take place in August 2025
- Wolverhampton Homes cannot accept responsibility for any loss or delay in the receipt of entries
