Wolverhampton Homes awarded gold RoSPA Award again

Rospa

We are proud to have received the prestigious gold RoSPA Award (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) for the third consecutive year, demonstrating our commitment to health and safety excellence.

Now in its 69th year, and with almost 2,000 entries annually from over 50 countries, covering more than seven million employees, the RoSPA Awards are the world’s largest health and safety awards programme, recognising those organisations and individuals who have set the highest standards in accident prevention.

Each RoSPA award entrant is assessed against rigorous criteria, with more than 100 pieces of evidence submitted, making Wolverhampton Homes a world leader in shaping safer, healthier workplaces.

Michael Hough, Wolverhampton Homes’ Customer Experience Manager – H&S and Neighbourhoods, said: “As an organisation that takes all matters of health and safety seriously, it is rewarding to be recognised by world-leading RoSPA for the third year running. Having this award demonstrates our commitment to health and safety excellence for both customers and colleagues.

“I want to thank everyone in Wolverhampton Homes for their continued support in improving the health and safety culture across the organisation – this is a whole team effort.”

Julia Small, RoSPA’s Growth Director, said: “Wolverhampton Homes should be proud of the hard work and commitment to keeping people safe that has resulted in a RoSPA Award, which honours those organisations who have achieved the highest standards in health and safety in the workplace.

“RoSPA regards Wolverhampton Homes as a strong example of the importance of making accident prevention central to any successful organisation, not just for the benefit of employees, customers and clients, but also society as a whole.”
