When neighbour disagreements arise, we have a tool available to help residents find a solution.
If issues cannot be resolved through early intervention and our Good Neighbour Charter, you can be referred to Dispute Mediation, an independent organisation that provides free, confidential support.
Mediation gives you a confidential space to discuss concerns and work towards your own solutions, with the support of a trained, impartial mediator. The service does not take sides or make decisions; instead, it helps the parties involved reach agreements that work for them.
As a confidential service, Disputes Mediation does not report any outcomes back to Wolverhampton Homes.
Tenants can only access this service via a WH referral. Please speak to your Tenant and Leasehold Officer or to a member of the Anti-social Behaviour team if you wish to be referred.
