Our contact centre, Homes Direct, closes at 4.30pm on Friday 22 May for the bank holiday. We reopen on Tuesday 26 May at 9am. If you have a housing emergency when we are closed, please contact our 'out of hours' team on 01902 552999. If someone is in danger, call the emergency services on 999 straight away.
