Public information
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOI) gives you the right to have access to all types of recorded information held by public authorities. The Act also sets out exemptions, which you should familiarise yourself with before making a request. The aim of FOI is to promote openness among public sector organisations about the way they work, the decisions they make, and how public money is spent. Requests for information held by Wolverhampton Homes are managed by the City of Wolverhampton Council.
