Shaun Aldis: Chief Executive
Shaun became Chief Executive in 2018. He has extensive experience in social housing both in Housing Management and Asset Management where he has held both operational and senior management positions. Most recently Shaun was Director of Operations at Wolverhampton Homes.

Jan Lycett: Director of Business Support
Jan is Director of Business Support. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in both housing and business development roles including most recently as Assistant Director of Business Improvement and Support with Muir Group Housing Association.
Jan is responsible for the provision of cost-effective business support to organisational activities. She's the lead on financial strategy and is responsible for developing and delivering WH's commercial agenda. She's also responsible for human resources, organisational development, ICT strategy, communications, governance and Wolverhampton Homes’ digital agenda.
Darren Baggs: Assistant Director - Housing
Darren has experience of working in both private and public sectors, starting his career in social housing in 1993. During this time Darren has held operational, strategic and senior management positions in property maintenance, right to buy, leasehold services and housing management.
Darren is passionate about the delivery of excellent customer services, and led upon a fundamental review of concierge services and the development of modernised CCTV command and control centre.
Darren is responsible for housing management, rent collection, anti-social behaviour, voids and lettings, housing support, and a range of neighbourhood services including a 24/7 concierge service, estate caretaking, grounds maintenance and arboriculture works.
Darren sits on the Board of Directors for the ‘Bilston Bid’ and is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Kevin Manning: Assistant Director - Property Services
Kevin has held a range of senior operational and strategic managerial posts within the social housing sector. His early career was in architecture, employed with a local chartered architectural and quantity surveying practice where he was responsible for the design and delivery of a range of large scale domestic, commercial and industrial projects.
Kevin is responsible for delivering property related services such as repairs and maintenance, including mandatory services for gas and electrical compliance, major capital investment improvement and regeneration projects. In the delivery of these property related services he actively seeks to maximise local employment, inward investment and training initiatives, as well as value for money in terms of cost, quality and performance so that our tenants get the best possible benefits and outcomes.
Kevin also sits on the Board of Directors for The Way Youth Zone in Wolverhampton.
Angela Barnes: Assistant Director - Housing Options
After 16 years working for Dudley MBC in a variety of housing services roles, Angela joined Wolverhampton Homes in 2005 as Area Manager and became Head of Community Investment in 2012. The post of Assistant Director – Housing Options, builds on her responsibility for lettings, housing support and debt and money advice by the transfer of Housing Options, Housing Outreach and the management of Temporary Accommodation from the City of Wolverhampton Council to Wolverhampton Homes in December 2017.
Angela is responsible for developing the existing tenancy sustainment services to prevent instances of homelessness and repeat homelessness and to work more effectively with private sector landlords to give households further choice to meet their housing needs.
Angela has a particular interest in, and organisation responsibility for, all matters related to safeguarding.
Angela is a corporate member of the CIH and has a Master's degree in housing.
