Statements and invoices

We will send you an invoice each year for your financial contribution towards the costs of any routine repairs and programmed works completed to your property, building or estate during the previous financial year. Examples of programmed works include electrical upgrades and communal painting which are done on a periodic basis. You will receive your invoice in September or April, depending on the specific terms of your lease.

Each quarter, you will also receive a repairs statement detailing all the routine repairs completed during the previous quarter, as well as your contribution to each item of works. The four quarters are:

  1. 1 April to 30 June
  2. 1 July to 30 September
  3. 1 October to 31 December
  4. 1 January to 31 March

We send you these statements to help you budget for the year ahead. If you do not agree with anything listed on your repairs statement, it’s important that you tell us straight away so we can make sure the information you give us is taken into account before we issue your annual repairs invoice.
