We want to make it as easy as possible for you to pay your rent, service charges and other charges, so we offer a variety of payment methods.

How to Pay

Online – using your debit or credit card and quoting your eight digit account number. 

Direct Debit – we offer a range of payment dates. For more information about Direct Debit please click here. If you would like to set one up please complete the Direct Debit enquiry form.

Over the phone – Using our automated 24-hour service 0800 180 4464. Please note that telephone payments will not be credited to your account until the next working day. Therefore, you will need to make your payment on a Thursday to reach your account that same week. Phone payments made after Thursday won't be credited to your account until the following week. 

Standing Order - you can pay the rent on your home by Standing Order. You can set up a Standing Order directly with your bank. You will need to instruct them to send the money to:

You will also need to quote your pay reference number as the reference for your Standing Order. 

To work out how much you need to pay monthly, times your weekly rent by 52 and then divide it by 12. 

In person - at Post Offices or Paypoint with your customer payment card. Your payment could take up to seven days to reach your account if you have made a payment at a Paypoint. 

If you are paying rent, you can pay through a Wolverhampton City Credit Union budgeting account.
