Customer Involvement Panel
The Customer Involvement Panel is made up of tenants and leaseholders who volunteer their time to scrutinise the work of Wolverhampton Homes. They help ensure that all the services we provide meet the diverse needs and expectations across the city.
The work of the Customer Involvement Panel includes reviewing policies, examining how our services are delivered, and identifying and recommending changes and improvements to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.
Listening to the customer voice is vital to us, and we fully embrace customer influence. Positive engagement and meaningful input from the Customer Involvement Panel has led to the adoption of several key strategies, policies, and initiatives to enhance service delivery for our customers.

About the Customer Involvement Panel
The Customer Involvement Panel was introduced late 2023, and in that time has gone from strength to strength. The customer voice is fundamental to all we do, and the panel works with us to review our strategies, policies and other changes to services or standards that could impact you, the customer.
The panel also scrutinises our performance and progress when it comes to achieving targets within any strategy or service we provide. This is a transparent process and ensures customers engage in any decision making. The panel, comprising of up to 12 tenants and leaseholders, has been instrumental in suggesting and driving change to improve our service area delivery.

Message from the Chair
"I am proud to be the Chair of the Customer Involvement Panel (CIP). This group gives Wolverhampton Homes’ customers a chance to look at how services are run. Our job is to speak up for all customers, both tenants and leaseholders, because the customer voice matters.
As a critical friend, we work closely with Wolverhampton Homes, offering honest feedback and ideas to ensure services reflect our experiences and meet our everyday needs. CIP meets every two months, which gives us an opportunity to come together as customers and hear different perspectives. Together, we are as committed to continued improvement as Wolverhampton Homes, and we can see that we are making a positive difference.
Wolverhampton Homes really does listen and takes on board our suggestions. This collaborative approach helps us bring real improvements to people’s lives across the city.
We would love to see more customers join the panel and have their say. I would encourage you to get involved because your voice can make a difference, too."
- Louise Talbot, Chair of Customer Involvement Panel
