Governance

Governance is at the heart of all Wolverhampton Homes business processes; therefore, it is essential to control services and operations through stringent and robust governance arrangements and activities. 

In line with this, all work that the Customer Involvement Panel is involved in and carries out is subject to the appropriate governance arrangements.

The Chair of the Customer Involvement Panel is required to attend the Communities and Service Delivery Committee at least twice a year. A presentation is delivered to Committee outlining:

  • Meetings
  • What was discussed and agreed
  • What projects have been worked on
  • Outcome and impact for customers of these projects

The Terms of Reference set out how the panel operates, including what is expected of members, how they are appointed, and the support provided.
