Join our Customer Involvement Panel

Get involved in reviewing our services and identifying changes and improvements. You will represent the voice of all customers, helping to ensure all our services reflect our customers' experiences and meet their needs and expectations. 

  • The panel usually meets every two months and participation is voluntary.

  • Each meeting lasts approximately three to four hours.

  • Meetings are held in person, generally at our offices in Wednesfield.

  • Full training, equipment, transport, and support will be provided.

  • Additional time outside of meetings may be required to review policies, documents, and other information.
