Believing in accessibility for all

Resident Engagement Officers

The Resident Engagement Officers provide outreach activity in the community to ensure customers have access to clear guidance on how to get involved. They offer dedicated support to assist tenants in their participation, helping to make engagement accessible and meaningful for all.

Resident Engagement Officers are tasked with developing a wide range of engagement opportunities across the city. This helps to maximise reach across all wards and demographics, including hard-to-reach groups such as non-digital customers. Community events include hosting community drop-ins at libraries across the city, taking part in networking events, and liaising with local schools. Let’s Talks are our main source of outreach and engagement.
