Get involved
At Wolverhampton Homes, we understand that our customers’ views and feedback are a vital part of delivering the service you deserve and helping our organisation succeed.
Whatever time you are able to give, there are many ways you can get involved and make a meaningful difference. If you have ever reported an issue in your home to a member of our team, you have already contributed to shaping the service we provide.
If you are interested in taking a more active role, there are also opportunities to share your views, influence decisions, and help improve services across our communities:

Join our Customer Involvement Panel
Get involved in reviewing our services and identifying changes and improvements. You will represent the voice of all customers, helping to ensure all our services reflect our customers' experiences and meet their needs and expectations.

Join as a Customer Connector
If the full Customer Involvement Panel does not suit your schedule or level of involvement, becoming a Customer Connector offers a flexible way to have your voice heard and help shape services that benefit customers.
Community drop-ins
Pop in to our community drop-ins, held regularly in libraries across the city, and share your views with our Resident Engagement team. Everyone is welcome. No booking required - just drop in.
Friendship groups
Meet people and make friends at our friendship groups. Activities include bingo, meals out and arts and crafts (some activities may incur a charge).

You said, we did
When you share your thoughts with us, we do not just take note - we take action.

Meet your Resident Engagement Officers
The Resident Engagement Officers provide outreach activity in the community to ensure customers have access to clear guidance on how to get involved. They offer dedicated support to assist tenants in their participation, helping to make engagement accessible and meaningful for all.
