My Account

My Account is Wolverhampton Homes' online self-service system. It allows you to:

  • check your repairs
  • report repairs
  • update your details
  • check your account balances  
  • create a new housing application
  • apply and bid for housing
  • access the online payment system


Your login

If you already have an account, you can log in straight away by clicking on the yellow button at the top of your screen. To register for My Account, simply click on the button below and follow the instructions. 

Tenants and housing applicants

If you're an existing customer, to register you will need your payment reference number if you're a tenant, or your application or bidding number if you're a housing applicant. You will also need an active email address.

New customers

If you're new to Wolverhampton Homes, you will need an active email address to set up an account.

Having trouble registering? Follow our step by step guide

  • Step 1 - create your account
    1. On the My Account 'login' page, scroll to the bottom and click on the appropriate button. If you're a tenant or housing applicant but haven't used My Account before, you will need to select 'existing customers - sign up'. If you're new to Wolverhampton Homes, you will need to select 'new customers - register now'.
    2. You will then be directed to the registration page. Here, you will need to type in your email address, create a password, and press 'next'.
    3. You will then be prompted to check your email inbox for a verification email. You should do this straight away. 
  • Step 2 - email verification
    1. Please be sure to check your junk and spam folders just in case. In the verification email, you will find a 'complete registration' link. Click on the link. Please note that the link will expire after one hour.
    2. After clicking on the link, you will be directed back to My Account to verify your details.
  • Step 3 - register your details

    New customers

    1. On the 'register details' page, tick the box to accept the terms and conditions.
    2. Once ticked, click 'finish'.

    Tenants and housing applicants

    1. On the 'register details' page, fill in your details. When asked for a reference number, please select payment reference if you're a tenant, or application reference/bidding number if you're a housing applicant.
    2. Tick the box to accept the terms and conditions.
    3. Once ticked, click 'finish'. 
  • Step 4 - success

    Congratulations! You have successfully registered for My Account. You can now:

    • check your repairs
    • report repairs
    • update your details
    • check your account balances  
    • create a new housing application
    • apply and bid for housing
    • access the online payment system
