With applications for our REACH work experience programme opening again shortly, Rebekah, a previous participant, explains the impact it had on her:
“I decided to apply for the REACH programme when I was considering a career change and looking for opportunities to learn and develop.
“Through shadowing the team, I’ve learned how to interact with customers in different situations and how important it is to listen to feedback and follow up with actions.
“The programme has helped me build my confidence, especially in speaking in front of others and taking part in discussions and has given me a better understanding of potential career paths.
“I would encourage anyone thinking about applying to go for it - it’s a great opportunity and has been a life-changing experience for me.”
