Introducing estate walkabouts

Estate Walkabout Banner

We are introducing estate walkabouts as a new way to better understand and respond to issues affecting our customers.

Our teams will be visiting selected estates over the coming weeks, including areas such as Heath Town and Merry Hill.

During these visits, we will identify and address concerns such as anti-social behaviour, unauthorised access to buildings, and issues in communal areas, helping to improve neighbourhood safety and customer satisfaction.

We will also look at wider issues including fly tipping, communal repairs and the condition of shared spaces.

The areas have been chosen based on feedback from customers, colleagues and partner agencies.

If you see our teams in your area, you’re welcome to stop and speak to us, share any concerns, or highlight issues that need attention.

Any issues on council or private land will be recorded and referred to the appropriate team or landowner.

This is a pilot initiative, and we will use feedback from customers to help shape future activity.
