Successful launch of our new omnichannel platform

We are pleased to share that the launch of our new omnichannel platform has been a success.

Delivered in partnership with the City of Wolverhampton Council, the platform brings all contact channels into one place – helping us respond more quickly, consistently, and personally.

Sam Dugmore, Systems Development and Support Manager, said:

“Our new omnichannel platform marks an important step in our journey to modernise how we support you.

“Our Customer Contact and Access team have already embraced the new system, and the feedback so far has been very positive. Teams are finding it easier to use, with improvements in how quickly and effectively we can respond to you.”
