We’re committed to providing you with fast and effective customer service through our Homes Direct team.
It’s easy to book an appointment for a repair, check previously reported repairs, make payments and check your rent account online but if you want to call us, our Homes Direct team are available from:
Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5pm
Outside of these hours, emergency repairs can be reported on 01902 552999.
When emergencies are reported to us outside of our normal working hours, we aim to attend within 24 hours. The out of hours service are unable to give you updates on your repairs you’ve already reported – to get updates, you need to contact us during normal office hours or check for yourself using your online account.
We’ve got advisors who speak different languages and we have access to interpretation services. If you need this service, just ask.
Webchat is also available 24 hours 7 days a week, where staff are on hand to deal with your questions and queries.
For Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support enquiries, you need to call City Direct on 01902 551166.

Please note: To help us improve the service we deliver, we record all calls to both the emergency out of hours service and Homes Direct.
