Speak to our Customer Services Team in Homes Direct from 10am until 4pm Monday to Friday. They will be able to answer most of your questions. If they don't have the answer straight away, they will contact the relevant team to find out or ask someone to get in touch with you within an agreed timescale.
Our concierge team take over from 6pm until 8am, including weekends. They may not be able to answer all of your questions fully but they will try their best to help you and will be able to advise you. In some cases, they may need to direct you to areas of our website which will help you find the information you need.
