The multi-million-pound regeneration of Heath Town, which aims to revamp one of the most rundown estates in Wolverhampton, is moving to the next stage, with existing properties receiving a £35m facelift.

City of Wolverhampton Council has announced £4.8 million plans for a fourth phase of its successful newbuild council housing programme for small derelict sites.

Work will begin in January on the third phase of new build council housing on small derelict sites.
