Repairs update

We continue to work through the repairs that were placed on hold or delayed during the national lockdowns and Covid-19 restrictions. If you are reporting repairs we are sorry that you may need to wait for longer than usual to have them completed.

Please be assured that we are doing all that we can to complete all repairs as quickly as possible and return to normal levels of service. Thank you for your continuing patience.

Report a repair

The fastest way to report your repairs is by contacting us.

Our contact centre, Homes Direct, is open between the hours of 8:30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

You can still report urgent repairs to us after 5pm and during weekends and bank holidays, by contacting our out of hours emergency team:

How long will my repair take?

Emergency repairs are completed within 24 hours, and sometimes sooner. We class a repair as being an emergency if it causes or is likely to cause a health and safety risk.

We aim to complete all routine repairs within 20 days at a time to suit you.

These are larger, non-urgent repairs, such as plastering a big area of wall. We aim to complete programmed repairs within 90 days.
