To avoid any issues with payment, you need to verify your rent and service charges as soon as possible. These costs will have changed since 1 April 2024.
How do I do this?
Please update your claim through the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). You can do so via your Universal Credit account.
What are my costs?
Your latest rent letter included a breakdown of your housing costs. You can also access this information via ‘My Account’, the Wolverhampton Homes app.
